LEGAL
Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
In effect: August 2026
This policy covers regenanu.lead-works.com — the website. Your clinical record is governed separately, under HIPAA, by the Notice of Privacy Practices we provide at the clinique. That notice is the stricter of the two, and where they overlap it wins.
What we collect, and only when you hand it over
Consultation requests: your name, phone, email and whatever you tell us about what you would like to address. We need this to call you back and to prepare for your visit.
Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, insurance ID, payment card or medical history. If a page ever appears to, it is not ours — close it and call us at (702) 526-5005.
What is collected automatically
Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser, and how you arrived. It tells us which pages are useful; it does not tell us who you are.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
SMS consent and data sharing
We highly value your privacy. Your personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you have opted in to receiving text messages from us, we will use your mobile number solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your service appointments, quotes, essential account updates, and occasional promotional messages.
Email, and how to stop it
Every marketing email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not require a reply, a login or a phone call.
We never add you to a marketing list because you booked an appointment. Care and marketing are separate.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
Website inquiries are kept while they are useful to your care and then removed. Treatment records are kept for the period Nevada law requires, which is longer and not ours to shorten.
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@regenanuclinique.com or call (702) 526-5005. We will confirm your identity first — otherwise the process would itself be a privacy hole — and then act within thirty days.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses, and they can only be read by a server in the domain that issued them.
You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them automatically, but you can change that setting. If you decline cookies, some features of this website may not work fully.
When information may be disclosed
RegenaNu Clinique does not now, and will not in the future, sell, rent or lease its patient or customer lists to any third party. Your information may be disclosed only in these circumstances:
- As necessary to provide the services you have requested.
- In other ways described in this policy, or to which you have otherwise consented.
- Aggregated with other information so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined.
- As required by law, or in response to a subpoena or search warrant.
- To outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential.
- As necessary to enforce our terms of service.
- As necessary to maintain, safeguard and preserve the rights and property of RegenaNu Clinique.
Sensitive information, and public posts
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information such as race, religion or political affiliation without your explicit consent.
If you post personally identifiable information in a public place — a review, a social media comment, any public message board — that information can be collected and used by others.
We encourage you to review the privacy statement of any website you reach from a link here. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Non-marketing contact
RegenaNu Clinique reserves the right to contact you for non-marketing reasons — a security issue, a problem with a form you submitted, an appointment issue, or a material change to this policy. In some circumstances we may post a notice on this website instead.
Children
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from them. If we determine such information has been collected inadvertently, we will delete it promptly or obtain verifiable parental consent for its use and storage. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to request a consultation.
How your information is secured
Information submitted through this website is encrypted in transit — you can confirm this by the lock icon in your address bar and the “https” at the start of the address.
Information is protected offline as well. Only staff who need it to do a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information, and the systems holding it are kept in a secure environment to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you accept the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not continue to use the site. Continued use after any update is posted means you accept that change.
Changes, and the honest caveat
If this policy changes materially we will change the effective date and, where the change affects email you have asked for, tell you in an email rather than quietly amend the page.
This page describes our practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for review by counsel.
